whether Noront was being closely scrutinized by the regulators or not, Agoracoms report from the office leaves little doubt that they are indeed. The NOT replies, particularly being in print, were essentially non-informative and, as I see it, evasive regarding the questions asked. The news blackout is evidently still in effect and any information that has not been sanctioned doesn't exist. So in other words, all previously discussed matters on an informal basis whether on the phone or overheard at luncheons, unless having been officially released, are simply rumours not to receive validation from the head office. It doesn't mean, however, that some of the "information/suppositions" floating around don't have credibility. It occurs to me that conversation from the office flows well when nothing is immediately on the horizon, however, when news is immanent and there is great attention placed upon this company, the clamp down is total. This should tell us something about the present situation. At least I think it does.
