I agree with your thoughts completely. I think what you read from their responses (although I didn't agree with the tone) was them not denying that these things werent happening IE the TSE listing, they were just protecting themselves by saying "We never said that" It looks to me as though they are trying to "take back" alot of what has been unofficialy told to many members here over the last few months, by officially stating........."We never said that in writing or anywhere else official"
