Yes, the tone of the Noront response was testy. They may be having a busy day or they may be following some of the exasperation on this board.

I accept that 1st or 2nd quarter was an estimate. Just like I accept that Mr. Nemis mentioned 'over the next few months'. I'm conerned that if we start calling them on their statements the statements may dry up. I'd rather have a rough guess then no guess at all.

The end of the second quarter will put us at the end of June.

Many companies don't give out any info, because they might get called on it. Investors want to know all they can, quite rightly, but don't want to be misled. This is why press releases are so exact and legalistic.
