Vent away if you like, I only take offense at the part where you say "I bet I have more shares than most of the people here".

How could you possibly know how many shares we have? I feel there's many out there who have much bigger positions than me, and I often feel twinges of envy, and yet I am often surprised when folks post what they do own, and I have more than them.

The amount of shares in your portfolio doesn't give you any more rights than someone with less, IMO, when it comes to your rights to complain or boast, really.
