" Pre-emptive rights over new share issues" This one makes me wonder why we do not get advance notice of up coming Private Placements and clear Corporate ADVICE on how we can get our rightful proportion of ANY "new share issue"! If this "Share Holder Right" is ever properly followed by any Junior (excluding but a few instances such as the partial right to this as sometimes occurs, but not always, with the Spin Out of part of a Company's holdings into a new Entity) then some such as my self would not need to buy shares in the Open Market nearly as often as is now the case. Thus, are you absolutely sure of this? Or can it be that most all Juniors conveniently or otherwise perpetually forget this Share Holder Right you refer to in your post??? Old Joe
