While anything is possible having Windfall worth $3 a share to Noront by the end of this year seems highly unlikely given the number of Noront shares outstanding.

They'd have to prove up reserves worth close to $390 million dollars and at the moment proven and probable reserves are ZERO. Not saying they don't have gold and it won't be a nice earner for Noront BUT as of right now they have no 43-101 and no plans to prepare one and until they do the market can't value that gold.
