It is the low volume which is of major concern since it is evidence of both lack of interest in Noront and 'ROF' as well as mistrust of Noront's potential.

Wish we knew what it was going to take to get flagging interest turned around. With all the explorers gearing up for Spring drilling/exploration maybe their results will be the turning or tipping point.
