If I were you, I'd take the bathroom money and invest that now. I gurantee you'll have doubled your money by the time you want to do re-do the bathroom (2 months). This stock should be trading between $5-6 and will when the market finally realizes what we have, we should easily be in that range. I'm the same way though, if I had the cash, it'd be going into NOT.
