A forum member mentioned these guys and to my surprise one of their guys emailed me this morning about ordering from me. It's interesting to Noront longs because their complex traces over 26 miles!

Stillwater Complex got its start
about 2.7 billion years ago...

That's when geologic forces formed what would become the J-M Reef -- The world's highest - grade known ore body of platinum group metals.

Today, the J-M Reef, stretching underground through 28 miles of southern Montana's Beartooth Mountain Range, is the site where Stillwater Mining Company produces platinum, palladium, and other precious metals.

Discovered in the early 1970's, the 28 mile-long J-M Reef is part of the Stillwater Complex, a layered succession of ultramafic to mafic rocks in the earth's crust. Its uniform layers of mineral concentrations and proximity to the earth's surface make the
J-M Reef a world class ore body for PGM's.

**Would you love to make them change that to 'worlds second highest'?
