I have to admit , being at work all day and having the advantage of reading most posts before I speak(write) I have been able, IMHO, to look at this from the big picture. So one day a guy named Richard drilled a hole over here(E1) he drilled a hole and found a pot, a big one, of nickels(5 cents pieces). A few months later he drilled a hole over there(E2) and this time found a pot of pennies(chromium) . This is bad news? People the vault is getting filled and to be honest it doesn't matter if some are, gold pieces, silver pieces, or nickel pieces it all adds value. Nobody who is long said we were going to hit the game winning home run in the first inning. Relax.
Now I will be so bold as to add. Looking at the trading action today and a drop on a very low volume of shares, I would suggest three things;
1 A lot of the selling was short sellers trying to panic the herd- but it did not happen.
2. No big share holders sold off on this news. Why because this is still good news adding value. And most of them know more than us.
3. All that happened was the news failed to draw in any new buyers, today. Lets see what the rest of the week brings.
My prediction is we will see a slow but definite climb in share value over the next few days and weeks. News however will effect that general trend. With out news I believe we will come to see a higher trading range with a higher low.
But hey what do I know. I am blind until some one tells me, company X has bought my shares for, HOW MUCH?
Keep the Faith
