In addition to my previous post on this topic, I also believe we have recently had a discrepancy between the guarded/sterile responses of staff who stick to the letter of the "law" and the more relaxed, though still careful, replies of senior members. There are so many points of information dissemination we experience through this board, that there is bound to be some confusion.
