Too much complaining - that is what is is when one continues to move in a particular direction but whines about it. If you're holding then be a man (or woman) and do so gracefully. Nobody wants to listen to the kid in the back seat about how hot it is, we're all in the same car, we are all well aware of the heat.

And JD, put some armor on. Nobody really gives a _ if you are the worlds greatest geologist or just some kid in his parent's basement who knows how to spin a good story. Just contribute and be glad of the opportunity to do so.
