Management, management, management. That is what NOT has, and it is not their problem to worry about short term market pricing. In all respect to some other posters, there has been no sell-off, simply a lack of buyers that has nothing to do with NOT. Unfortunately, there are some unrealistic folks who think management's duty is to somehow compensate for inherent risk or weak market conditions. They are simply incorrect. And if you do not think this management is exceptional, you should have sold long ago. Patience.
