I strongly agree with,

" regulators appear much less eager to regulate those who suppress prices than they are to regulate those who pump."

And,

"Regulation should be symmetrical--so it should be just as much of a bad thing to regulate holding down the price of NOT as it is to prevent the price from rising to where the market should allow it to be. Note that "Anonymous" should, perhaps, get as much attention as News Releases."

I have emailed my concerns regarding manipulation, to market regulation, but I doubt it has achieved any result.
