Yes it was but this is not NOT's JV with WSR but MTX JV with WSR...However, we have share in WSR and that increases our value. 1,200 000 shares with significant increase in value will add to NOT's value but most forget about this...I love NOT, it has so much going for it that we cannot keep remembering all!!
