Looking back on the JV with WSR Gold, as shareholders of NOT, we are also shareholders of WSR Gold

400,000 shares + option for another 800,000 @ .50 (or $400,000 in cash)....at the option of NOT

This will also put WSR in a better position to raise more capital to carry out thier requirements to spend $5,000,000 on NOT property to earn their 50% interest.
