Does anyone think there was significant arm-twisting in getting NOT to sign the agreement with JP Morgan? I had assumed (and still do) that it was arm's length bargaining. Unless it wasn't, and NOT was somehow railroaded into the deal, I think it's interesting that this board is not giving the benefit of the doubt to NOT management in terms of their decision to do the deal.
