I thought I'd pull up the NR that states what JPM has agreed to do for Noront. The closing SP on the day of this NR is $5.55. In the days that followed, the SP was 5.43, 5.31, 5.16, 5.10, 4.75, 4.54, then climbed back to 5.14, over the next few days and then fell again to a low of 3.78, just before Christmas 2007 (however, there was a large market sell off going on, at the time. And today's closing SP was $4.48.

Clearly, if that is what is JPM's mandate is for NOT, then something isn't working. But, is that their mandate ? Please read the part that I highlighted in bold.
