It's good to see the posts of Jim Sinclair coming on here fairly regularly... thank you Stranger for the one tonight, and all who have posted Mr. Sinclair.

Along with many, I have recommended people read "The Big Score." I was happy to here a friend of mine actually ordered it last week... it's only been 6 months, or more. The good news is, he ordered it. I suggest any who haven't read it check it out from the library or order one online.

Also, another good read: "A Brief History of Financial Euphoria," by John Kenneth Galbraith. This is a must read for the eventual next top in the market, perhaps commoditites 10 years out... no rush here, just a very good read. Of course, jsmineset is a must.

So, I took a few weeks off and not much has changed. Great JV signed with Freewest. I suppose NOT management know what they are looking for to just take that anomoly... good on Freewest for being along for the ride... I'm sure FWR have more secrets to uncover. FWR is a great little company.

Re: assay results. I'm a steadfast believer in everything happening for a reason. The universe acts in mysterious ways, and yet often, the collective conscience can influence the outcome.... Have you ever visualized a golf shot? Have you ever prayed for something?.... many times the outcome happens.

So, in this case... I've thought about what could be the reason for the hold up.... are the short traders this powerful, seemingly willing short and helping cause the assay issue... or, are we so powerful to want this story to pay (play) out in it's entirety before a major comes in to get us?

First, full disclosure, I've had two great worries in this Saga. My great worry in the NOT saga is the assays... what if they were false... ie Bre-X. Anyone who went through that had better have it in the back of their head.... not to dwell on, but to understand that is why you never bet the farm. I'm comfortable this isn't the case, although I about covered my drawers a few weeks back with the news release.

So, the second fear comes from greed, making some money... getting the most out of NOT.... that we are left with NOT getting bought on the cheap, after only a few anomolies of many are proven. Where are we now, well, the 2nd anomoly is likely fully drilled, or fairly close... we know a little, but nothing for sure, and neither do our potential suitors.... we may have bought a few months.

Hold up,.... what about the confidentiality agreements... here's the thing, when I was at PDAC, Neil said two full confidentiality disclosures were signed... I guarantee you these two companies know every last detail about whatever is going on at Double Eagle. Make no mistake, these two companies know the hits and misses, and know what every core looks like. They are many cores ahead of us... likely have a nice position in NOT... but can't act to take out NOT as it was likely written into the confidentiality agreement.

So, we are left with CVRDINCO at our table last month and FWR beside us. I'm willing to bet CVRD is one of the confidentiality agreements... I dont' know, but, I would be shocked if Xstrata wasn't the other. Some groups know what is going on, and are likely helping call the shots here... we are in the dark.

So, like Al Pacino would say in "Scent of a Woman," ... "Can't you see, I'm in the dark here Charlie," perhaps Charlie would tell us back, "You are the best Tango dancer he had ever seen, and we can drive a Ferrari like no one he's ever known... " then again, at a point like this, perhaps it's best to leave it at when we get "tangled up, we Tango on."

You never know, but perhaps it wouldn't hurt to think the best, send whatever you hope the results will be out to the universe.

I really have no clue what is next... I suspect the assays will tell a great story... but they will only leave us thirsting for more. This payday will take time... then one day it will happen.

What a great journey we get to have here on this board... this is a special time.
