Accumulation...NOT or PRB?

I own shares in both these companies, and since I have a little extra cash on the sidelines, I'd like to invest it in the ROF. At this point I,m thinking that perhaps I should look at picking up a little more NOT and a lot more PRB simply because PRB has a quarter the number of shares than NOT and the risk reward will be big if DE2 assays come through as well as the PRB property 450m NW of DE1. I guess what I'm trying to say is that would anyone agree that the chances for PRB hitting big as well are enhanced by the fact that DE2 was 2km away from DE1 while PRB's magnetic anomoly is only 450m away. Please go easy on me (if I,ve got any facts wrong here) as I was inactive for a few months. Thx
