So, sounds like what he was saying is that Vale-Inco will not be able to meet their production goals without acquiring or taking over other mines and mining companies, and Noront was definitely on their radar. Vale-Inco already has the production facilities for milling, smelting, etc., in what would be fairly easy-to-reach access by a new road. I think they will want to outbid Norilsk or anybody else that enters into bidding, because they already have some major infrastructure, and just need more accessible ore to put through their facility.
