Well I like the thought but for me $6+ is just compensation 'at this time' and $7+ when we hear about DE2.

The deal/jv with FWR has to be a 'win/win' for both companies and easier to put together than likely with other companies due to the fairly long history of co-operation between Noront and FWR.
