Poly, you may be technically right in that NOT may not have issued a press release about DE1(E1) being open to depth. Besides Dons post about NOT's website you can hear it from Richards own mouth. During the luncheon presentation video posted March 7th Richard says,"People think it's(E1) closed off, it's not. It's open at depth etc etc". (can be heard around the 5 and 1/2 mark during Richards presentation).
