There is no particular reason to split Windfall off yet unless 1) NOT needs $$; AND 2) the market for spun off shares is good ;and 3) the opportunity at windfall is not seen as growthy as DE+. There will come a time when factor 1) could dominate. However, we may be DE squared by then and have many more options. RN has a shrewd team juggling a lot of big balls as as well as a plethora of small ones. Remember, the market will eventually applaud the performance, but right now I have a feeling we are are only seeing the opening act. Don't you feel somewhat special to be a part of one of the greatest mining shows in history ? Enjoy the performance! By the way, I still never figured out how Copperfield got that huge car on stage, and I'm NOT sure I want to know.
