If the company splits off Windfall and we as shareholders maintain equivalent shares in that company, what is wrong with Windfall making a ton of money and our shares skyrocketing proportionately without having to bankroll anything. Meanwhile we have shares in ROF which will make a ton of money on its own and not overpower any of Windfalls value and its shares skyrocket proportionately without having to bankroll anything. Now theres a scenario I can live with.
