I'm a subscriber to Resource World Magazine. In the previous issue, the cover story was on PGE's. There was also a listing on PGE projects around the world and Noront was mentionned in that article. So I knew that they would be an article on Noront but had no clue that it would make the cover story. Click on the link and look for Noront in the bottom right corner of the right page.
