When you consider that our samples were sitting in a corner there for almost a month before they were even touched, I'd say at the very least we should get preferential treatment.

So this tells me that while they were being audited they decided to do NOT samples. Talk about focusing all your attention to the job at hand, pretty difficult when management is being occupied by auditors.
