B4N, the issue isn't about you questioning something in a NR, it's the blatant insertion of negative comments that have no basis in fact or reality in consideration of the printed word in the NR. NO WHERE was there any indocation or hint of a law suit. Also, no where was it indicted or hinted at that the results would be low in the core samples. If you knew anything about the process you would know that the first thing a Geo would do is check the standard sample results. If they aren't right, nothing else is considered. The call is made and the correction process starts.

You say that a person is entitled to their own opinion and I couldn't agree more, yet you argue someone elses point when they question yours, as if to say that they are wrong. That's not respecting peoples right to an opinion.

If you are going to 'create' and present an opinion that is so totally off line and blatantly inaccurate then you have to expect some backlash. I say create because no one, other than someone with a specific agenda, would read into that NR anything close to what you are trying to create and present.

If you don't like the tone of the board and the fact that people are passionate about NOT, then exercise your right to ignore or even just leave.
