Second....nice action yesturday...in particular for NOT and BMK.....I was also watching FWR, UC, SPQ, KEG, FNC, PRB which didn't seem to get quite the same level of attention, although an up day for most

Interesting the rise in price on not stellar volume...I'm leaning towards thinking news on BMK rather than on NOT...if it were NOT news, I would think all area plays would rally much the same....if news at BMK, NOT stands to gain more than other area plays....

Furthermore; the rumor of a hit by BMK is a few weeks old now.....maybe we will soon find out if that is true.....I'm hoping by the share price movement, that proves to be factual

Alternatively, perhaps the market is anticipating news shortly and trying to get in early before the price really runs up....other rumors from a few weeks past suggest "barn burner" type news coming down the pipe...perhaps those who got out in the $7's and $6's, knowing no news for a while, are inching their way back in

Regardless, with each passing day.......we are one day closer to news...it is coming
