Hard to say yet as this has only been going on for 20 minutes or so but sure does look nice. Should give confidence to investors and cause them to hold out for high price. Frankly I'm surprized anyone is selling but guess there are always traders involved.

Someone with Level II might give some insite if this is one house accumulating or retail investors coming from all over.
