You have a classic day of investors unwilling to let their shares go at the bid and just holding on for those extra pennies. Price increase on low volume means little just like lower price on low volume doesn't.

If we were up on good volume (over 500k) it would be a far better indication of what's in store for the future. Over 1 million much better but I'm afraid we will not return to those volumes until news AND that kind of volume is going to put us up a whole lot more than a few pennies.
