Until a formal resource calculation is made and signed by a qualified person any comment on what DE1 holds and it's value is just a guess, maybe informed but still a guess. A lot of people feel 3 million tonnes is on the low end of what will be announced with 7 million being on the high side, quite a gap.

For most of us it's better to convert dollar value of assets into a per share value AND recognize that almost always shares will trade well below that asset value until/unless some major mining firms start bidding to take it over. We all have very different estimates and place certain values on Windfall, DE2, DE3 and 'Blue Sky'. My personal estimate 'at this time before more news comes out' is that a $7 to $10 per share price valuation is fairly conservative. To me that means a reasonable market trading price should be $6 minimum but obviously right now the market doesn't think so.
