Weather - James Bay Lowlands

I caught a bit on the weather channel yesterday morning regarding the evacuation of some first nations people from this area because of rapidmelt, icejams on rivers and subsequent flooding. The brief verbal report mentioned that the relocation of the affected people may be for an extended period. (weeks)

Has anyone else who has keyed into this 'currect events' topic provide any details, and whether they think that this scenario will create unanticipated delay in drilling the RofF plays this spring.
