I don't see why so many are harping on the delay by NOT in releasing this news. It appears soem want to blame RN and the team and hint that they have alterior motives.

The only motive they have is to enrich us SH's. We should all keep that in mind. As for the lab, I would think that before, and well in advance, of any company issuing a news release of QC peroblems at a lab, that that company would talk, negotiate, discuss and do whatever it could to correct the problems BEFORE issuing a statement that could be damaging to the rep of the lab. It could take weeks of negotiation, review, discussions and investigations and I don't think any company (especially RN and team) would want to risk libel issues by doing a NR too early.
