I see your point.

I don't see how they could re assure without being accused of giving a partial report. And if the belief is that the results are flawed, then it would be difficult to come up with wording that would say they are flawed but here is what they tell us.

Unfortunately the bad results puts everyone in a bad spot. . . for now.

But it also makes for opportunity to buy low.
