Further to my "contractor" analogy, if you found out, on top of it all, that the original contractor did shoddy, substandard work that would significantly lower your property value if not rectified while protestations of innocence abound from the aggrieved party. Meanwhile, he's being obstructionist and demanding that YOU uphold YOUR end of the contract, when clearly, the good faith agreement has been destroyed. Adding insult to injury, you have to pay a NEW contractor to repair the work the other guy did.

Just like in real life, sometimes when someone DESERVES to be canned, they drag their feet and make your life miserable until you stand before a judge and tell your tale of woe.

I do think this will be a juicy, litigious chapter in the future book......

Three cheers for the "New " lab....and glad that Nemis must have had an inkling LONG before he could ever say anything...remember right around Christmas time? What a guy!
