Before NOT, or any other company, contracts a lab to run analysis they would sign a 2-way nondisclosure agreement. NOT management can’t simply state publicly that the lab messed up. They must be absolutely certain before they make this statement. In addition, I believe the lab must consent to the release once all parties agree on the cause. Public statements can bring on lawsuits if you are NOT careful. IMHO this news release may only be part of the real story.
