This is a paid for site. NOT is here becise they pay to here, investor relations right. If there is a material change and it hasn't been made public I would guess they could be held liable? So they can in fact request the offending post be removed, did they request this to be done or was it Agoracom? No freedom of speach here becuase of legalities. The other board would not be so fast to react.
