Listening to John Kaiser at the Calgary show, he says all the juniors are just"road kill" in the sub-prime fiasco, and that they've done nothing wrong to be punished so severely like this.
He thinks it's an excellent time to be buying well-financed, well managed companies with ounces in the ground. He also thinks that if a person waits too long, you might miss what he expects to be a "violent" upswing some time soon. i.e. next few months.
Sounds an awful lot like what we've got going right here with Noront, and others in the RoF.
Further to what From_Sudbury just conjectured, who else is around with a warchest of $$$ ? Sometimes I grow a little suspicious of the BMK gang, I recall a poster telling of a telephone conversation with those fellas, saying how they plan to "Trump" NOT.
I don't know about that, how do you trump them unless you gain control of the RoF? And that kind of ties in with the previous post....
I know Richard Nemis will do his utmost for the shareholder, and that's what's important in my books. We'll just have to stay tuned to find out how the next chapter ends!
