My theory of how others are in charge here is looking better now.....just as I suspected.....look at all the cheap shares they are picking up today....

Stategy:

NO news for extended period = share price depreciation

Prior to news release --> accumulate shares at depressed prices

...and not just for NOT.....check out BMK, FWR, SPQ and others

Motivation.....to be the largest shareholder for all the area plays and assure themselves a spot at the big table when negociations begin
