This is the first time in a long time that so many people have publicly acknowledged they are buyers at these prices

Over the past several weeks many have expressed opinions about how they felt the share price was undervalued.....it seems now that many are willing to put their money where their mouth is....it also sends a strong signal to anyone trying to push the price down any further that they will encounter much resistance
