but I can say this.... that what ever is going on is designed to make money. Whether or not the retail folks are first consideration or not is not as important as the fact that, if the big players get fed, and you can bet they'll insist on that, we'll catch some crumbs from the table too. My interest is still not so much with the holes at the moment as the board room, for the players know what the ground is likely to cough up given the experience and knowledge they have at their fingertips..... and the resultant investing and staking in the area that verifies this.

At one time there was such faith in the NOT admin. but as usual, when times get tough people do the Israelites in the desert routine. If there are contractual agreements being drawn up, and this is my belief, the time it takes to draft,negotiate, re-draft, send it to their lawyers, send it to NOT's lawyers, days in between when people aren't available yada yada, final draft, getting parties involved to sign, etc. is considerable. The aforementioned is to say nothing of additional delays in order to line up N.R.'s in order to achieve the maximum impact upon delivery. I believe that is part of what is taking place. Some believe there is bad news on hole misses etc. while others expect stellar reports. News will finally break, and I believe it is closer at hand. When it is released, those who find themselves to have been correct in their assertions will then be able to pat themselves on the back and say "I was right!" as the next phase immediately arrives with new forecasting challenges. The wheel goes 'round and it's just beginning. We should probably try to settle into what will be this continuous cycle .
