I don't understand the question.

The delay has already happened,therefore my theory should not be affected.

CLARIFICATION and simplified

The delay of assays IMHO could very possibly be directly related to the VERY LARGE INTEREST FROM VERY LARGE OUTSIDE SOURCES (cookie jar theory) that we did NOT have back in september.

This is far less speculative than it was in september for many great reasons that we have all witnessed the past 7 months and the information to prove this has been provided on this board in great fashion.
