One always suspects with that much money at stake their could be a 'wink and nod' HOWEVER the proof that this was not done is in the trading pattern since the warrant takeup.

Had 'material' information been leaked to entice warrant holders to exercise you would have seen higher priced trading going on since some would have been taking advantage of such knowledge. Since that hasn't happened our trust in Management is proven once again.
