I think the "New Vision" was supposed to have been articulated last week at the luncheon. In fact it may be of such importance that it is legally delaying the announcement of some drill results. It probably is tied into Richard's telling D12 that "We eventually are looking to have control of 80% of the ring of fire". At that time D12 went on to say

yeah I should have questioned it a little more. I have been thinking of it myself. I believe what he meant is that NOT with its JV partners will eventually control 80% of the land at the ROF. I believe he is more or less saying that more JV's are going to happen. I said a long time ago that the market meltdown may actually help NOT. It may force other companies in the area to JV with NOT because of their inability to raise money for exploration. This may be what Richard is referring to. Who knows who the next JV will be, but my money is that it will be a big surprise to us. In order to acquire 80% of the ROF it is only logical that NOT will be targeting the bigger holders.................BMK?????? JMO.....
I suspect that the new vision involves a combining of a number of ROF participants holdings into a new JV. Wouldn't the lawyers be having a field day muzzling Richard and getting him to hold off on drill results until the grandaddy JV involving NOT,FWR,SPQ,KWG etc. is announced.
This is only my gut feeling but it might explain some of the delays in anouncing drill results and also McKenzie Watson and the lawyers presence at last weeks NOT luncheon where there was essentially no new news.
