Yes it would but that was really just a rumour based on what someone told a Dutch Investor and there is some suspicion it was a bit garbled or misunderstood. BMK has potential to release information of value to Noront but most seem to feel this is quite some time away.

Noront does appear to be in the best position to release favourable news earlier than any other player in the area. FNC may release details of their drilling plans but that's unlikely to do much for anyone.
