That is a very good observation you make with respect to the changing times we are experiencing concerning the migration of Expertise in this industry. Hope the countries that benefited so much during the 1980-2000 period remember how and who it was that gave them reason to be so protective of their previously unrealsed mineral resource potential. I also hope we do not forget the same in this Country now!
