Well if this doesn't tell us something about what the shorts think about the future direction of the SP then nothing does. Let's face it even the dark side players do not have any confidence that this play is heading south or at the very least feel there is too much risk of it heading north so stay away. Forsure, I would not be shorting NOT for the same fear that I believe other shorters apparently have exhibited and as deminstrated with the short history. Also, if I look at the charts I am reminded of a rubber band twisting and twisting and twisting while it consolidates in its sideways pattern over the past number of months which does appear to be preparing for another leg in the same direction of its trend; I will let you decide what direction that is.
