PS: For CVRD to do any more takeovers of significance they likely will have to cut their ties directly to the Brazilian Government or make such takeovers under specific conditions for non Brizilian Assets.

As for Noront Resources and the entire Ring of Fire, there are several basic ways that the development of this area could occur. And the creation of new shell company(S) with various area plays contributing sections of their properties into one of the shells for a proportional ownership, based solely on the value of their respective property contributions, is the one I currently am taking favour to.

If this is to be the final arrangement(S) for the Ring of Fire, then we can sit back and follow each new AUCTION as each new Shell Company is preamed and polished and ready to hit the Auction Block.
