It would be foolish for Noront to not avail themselves of the expertise provided by JPM and IBK. The most successful management looks to the talent/associates they have for their skills and then puts them into application. Management weighs the opinions/input from all sources and then chooses the most appropriate means to achieve success. Having stated the above, when we find that there is news of a significant acquisition in NOT, to the extent that the acquiring entity is deemed a partner/purchaser, then the decision making becomes much more integrated.
